God captured Beth’s heart at a very young age. Like many children brought up in church, she learned about the Bible, His love letter to her. Beth's love for Jesus Christ grew over the years and at the age of 18, she committed her entire life to God.

The Lord is now using Beth to encourage women through her Bible studies and conferences not only to stand on the Word of God, but to know what it says. Beth began speaking at local women's luncheons and retreats more than 20 years ago. In 1995 the Lord led her to establish Living Proof Ministries to guide women to love and live on God's Word.

Living Proof is committed to fanning the flame in others for God and His Word. Every message, program, tape, book or product offered through this ministry is diligently directed toward this goal. Living Proof Ministries was founded upon Hebrews 4:12: "For the Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword."

Beth and her husband, Keith, not only have a passion for the Word, but for missions as well. They have ministered to missionaries in many parts of the world, twice in Africa. While in Africa, the idea for this book was born. Their daughters, Melissa and Amanda, and son-in-law, Curt Jones, also are involved in ministry.
